14-day returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a refund. Just write to hello@aures-studio.com to let me know, and I'll guide you through it.

Condition

Pieces should come back unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at your own cost. I'd recommend sending it with tracking, as I can't be responsible for a return that goes missing in transit.

Refunds

Once I've received and checked the piece, I'll refund you to your original payment method. This usually takes a few business days to appear.
